The Playford Hotel MGallery Collection in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and guest experience within its Food & Beverage team. This is a full time permanent position with a salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

The successful candidate will partner with the Food & Beverage Manager and kitchen team to deliver high service standards, effective operational control and an exceptional dining experience.
