As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for prospective clients from their initial enquiry through to securing their project. You will meet prospective clients and conduct in-home consultations, understand clients' lifestyle, design preferences, budget and project objectives, discuss renovation and extension options and provide practical solutions, develop and present design concepts and project proposals, present pricing and project information, manage leads and follow up opportunities throughout the sales process, build genuine long-term relationships with prospective clients, guide clients confidently through the decision‑making process, negotiate and convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts, work closely with Design, Pre-Construction and Construction teams, maintain accurate client and sales information within the CRM, achieve agreed sales and conversion targets, and deliver an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to contract.

About you
- Proven experience in residential building or extension design.
- A robust understanding of residential construction and the Melbourne market
- Experience selling high-value products or services
- Experience with Chief Architect Software or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A consultative approach to sales rather than a high-pressure sales style
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
