Grolife Landscape Management in Brisbane seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support our landscape maintenance division. You will lead field crews, schedule service runs, conduct site audits and maintain high safety standards in busy commercial and strata sites.

You'll step in for the Operations Manager during leave and play a key role in client communications, budgeting for labour and materials, and staff development in a hands-on, growth-focused workplace.
