About the Role

We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Tamworth, delivering person-centred therapy across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings.

You'll work across a varied caseload, supporting clients with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals, while having the flexibility to manage your day and the support of a broader multidisciplinary team around you.

We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced Speech Pathologists, with support and development tailored to your level of experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
- Support clients across the lifespan with communication and mealtime goals




- Develop functional therapy plans around participant needs
- Work closely with families, carers and other professionals
- Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth
- Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You'll Bring

- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
