VC Maintenance is seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabrication Tradesperson to join our team. If you take pride in producing quality workmanship and enjoy working on a diverse range of heavy equipment, fabrication and repair projects, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday day shift role offering long-term job security, varied work and the opportunity to be home every night.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, fabrication and repairs on heavy equipment and components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect, identify faults and carry out equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Select appropriate welding methods, materials and equipment.
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting production deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications & Key Attributes
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
- Experience in welding, fabrication and heavy equipment repairs.
- Current Driver Licence.
