In this role, you will be responsible for providing taxation and accounting services to our diverse client base, contributing to the continued growth and success of our established firm. Our clients are growing and use trusts, business entities, superfunds and other structures to be able to grow their personal and business wealth. We require someone energetic and personable to help clients along this journey with their compliance and accounting requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and lodging tax returns for individual, trust and business clients
- Providing tax planning advice and strategies to clients
- Conducting financial reviews and planning sessions along with partners
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Advising clients on tax compliance, minimisation and business structuring
- Collaborating with the broader team to deliver exceptional client service
- Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CA qualification or acquiring designations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting or taxation role
- Willingness to learn and understanding clients and structures
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within the team autonomously
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
