Professionals First & Co. has an opening for a Leasing and Inspection Manager to join our rentals team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in property to join our friendly rental team.

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Advertise properties and schedule and attend Open for Inspections
- Conduct private inspections when required for advertised properties
- Provide feedback to rental providers regarding attendance
- Perform initial review of tenancy applications
- Application processing & liaising with all parties




- Prepare leases using Paperless Office
- Prepare tenancy packs for new tenancies
- Arrange the key collection for new tenancies
- Supporting Routine Inspection
- Other leasing duties as required

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

- A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate (essential).
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle .
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Solid time management skills , with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
- High self-awareness , including an understanding of how your emotions influence both yourself and others.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a high-performing team .
- A people-focused attitude and passion for building relationships.
- Previous leasing or real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential.

On top of the salary package there is an opportunity for commission.
