We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Consultant to join a growing residential construction business based in Hamilton.
This is a key role responsible for managing the customer journey once the Sales team secures a deposit, ensuring everything is organised, documented and handed over smoothly to the relevant internal teams.
The Role
You will take ownership of the process from deposit through to the next stage of the customer's journey, managing the administration, documentation and communication required along the way.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer process once a deposit has been secured by the Sales team
- Coordinate contracts, documentation and customer information
- Manage all associated administration and follow-ups
- Liaise with customers, Sales and internal construction teams
- Ensure all information is accurate and processes are completed on time
- Handle customer queries and provide a high level of service
- Ensure a smooth handover from Sales into the next stage of the build process
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable taking ownership of a process from start to finish.
Experience within residential construction, property, building, sales administration, contracts administration or customer experience will be highly regarded.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple processes and deadlines
- Proactive and able to take ownership of your workload
- Customer-focused with a strong administrative skill set
