GemLife is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist for their GemHub Information Centre in Helensvale. You will be the first contact for prospective homeowners, guiding them from initial enquiry through to resort visits and follow-up, while building robust relationships and ensuring a premium customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide information about resorts and lifestyle, and keep CRM records up to date.
