About the Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role with genuine exposure to global cosmetics and personal care regulations, new product development and international market access. You’ll work closely with our formulation, NPD teams, helping bring innovative skincare and haircare products to market while ensuring they meet the regulatory requirements of each market.

We are flexible about how this role is structured and welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time employment.

Please note : Demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within the personal care, cosmetics, skincare or haircare industry is essential.



This experience is a key requirement of the role.

In this role, you will:

- Stay up to date with global cosmetics and personal care regulations and translate regulatory requirements into practical advice for the business.
- Support the registration and market access of products across Australia, New Zealand, the EU, UK, USA and Asian markets.
- Work closely with NPD and formulation teams to provide regulatory guidance throughout the product development process.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including technical files, safety data sheets, allergen documentation and supporting compliance records.
- Review product labels, claims, promotional materials and other marketing content to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with external regulatory consultants, agents, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Provide regulatory recommendations for new and existing products and support the business in navigating market-specific requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and identify changes that may impact our products or business.

About You





You will be a detail-oriented regulatory professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced product development environment and can confidently manage multiple projects and regulatory requirements.

You will ideally have:

- 3+ years' regulatory affairs experience within the personal care, cosmetics, skincare or haircare industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of cosmetics and personal care regulations across ANZ, EU, UK, USA and/or Asian markets .
- Experience supporting product registrations, regulatory documentation, claims, labelling and market access.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
