Surveyors at Work is a Hervey Bay based surveying firm with over 25 years of experience across all aspects of surveying in Queensland. Our team has extensive experience on large-scale road, civil and construction projects, and we have built strong, long-term relationships with our clients and project partners.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Hervey Bay. If you have surveying experience, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, from set-out through to spatial data deliverables, giving you exposure across the full project lifecycle on major civil projects in the Wide Bay-Burnett region.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering and construction surveys on civil infrastructure projects

Set-out, conformance and as-built surveys





Spatial data collection, processing and deliverables

Working with project managers and construction teams on site

Quality assurance and compliance with project specifications

Key Requirements

Previous surveying experience

Experience with GNSS and robotic total stations

Working knowledge of 12d Model (highly regarded)

Construction White Card
