Agilysys Australia Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a System Specialist (Support & Implementation) to support customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work with hospitality SaaS products, handling implementations and ongoing application support.

Two-plus years in hospitality operations or SaaS support, strong problem‑solving, and customer service mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate with teams to test integrations and deliver training, with in office or remote go-live support.
