Corrections Victoria Community Corrections in Frankston (Melbourne VIC) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in the Court Practice stream to apply evidence-based case management to individuals at medium risk of reoffending and to deliver targeted interventions aimed at reducing reoffending.

You will identify factors related to offending behaviour, motivate clients, produce detailed reports, and monitor compliance with order requirements in an ongoing, full time role with a salary band of $91,971
