The Cottage Balmain is hiring a full time cook with solid kitchen experience to work across lunch and dinner services under our sous chefs. You'll learn our menu, cook to a high standard, and contribute to a calm, efficient kitchen.

No formal trade certificate required; availability across weekends and full Australian working rights are essential. We foster hands-on training from senior chefs, staff meals on shift, and a shared tips pool.
