SAIS Hygiene seeks a Lead HVAC Mechanic Supervisor for its VIC team in Melbourne. You will work field-based across client sites, supervising crews and ensuring high-quality ventilation maintenance and duct-cleaning work. Night shifts and regional travel are required.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, duct cleaning expertise, and NADCA certification or equivalent training, with solid leadership and safety skills to drive site performance.
