MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join a leading global insurance organisation in Melbourne CBD. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling insurance enquiries with friendly, knowledgeable support via phone, email and online channels.

The role is full time for 6 months, from 26 October 2026 to 26 April 2027, with comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced team members in a busy contact centre.
