Administration Officer - (Residential Support)

$ 81,744 to $ 94,261 per annum (HEO5) + 17% super

Salary packaging options available

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven high-level interpersonal skills and customer service, with empathy towards people living away from home and those of diverse abilities, age groups and differing cultural backgrounds with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently. A high level of self-motivation, initiative and flexibility is imperative together with superior organisational skills, including ability to manage a wide range of activities, prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Department

UNE’s Residential Services and Childcare Services form a vital part of the campus community, providing comprehensive accommodation and support services to students and families. The department oversees six residential colleges – Austin Page, Duval, Mary White, Robb, Wright, and Wright Village – each offering unique living experiences that blend academic support with vibrant community life. The colleges accommodate over 1,000 students annually, delivering pastoral care, academic assistance, and social engagement programs that enhance the university experience. Additionally, the department manages essential childcare services,



supporting UNE families with quality early childhood education and care options. Through these services, the department plays a crucial role in fostering an inclusive, supportive setting that contributes to student success and community wellbeing.
