The Role

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a manageable commercial portfolio while being supported across all aspects of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Managing a portfolio of approximately 80-100 commercial properties
- Coordinating property inspections
- Initiating and assisting with lease negotiations and renewals
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day tenant and client enquiries
- Ensuring leases and property documentation remain compliant
- Assisting with basic reporting and general portfolio administration

The Candidate

- Previous Property Management experience – residential or commercial backgrounds considered
- A current Real Estate Licence
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within commercial property
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
