All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a Procurement Officer for a temporary role.

- AO7 pay scale

Duties include:

- planning and delivering end-to-end procurement activities, including complex or higher-risk procurements
- preparing procurement plans, sourcing documentation, evaluation materials and contract documentation
- providing practical procurement advice and support to business areas
- supporting the implementation of the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026
- strengthening procurement governance, compliance and reporting
- supporting procurement and contract management capability-building activities




- contributing to the leadership and day-to-day coordination of a small procurement team
- mentoring and developing team members through coaching, knowledge sharing and guidance on procurement best practice
- building effective stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across a diverse range of business areas
- identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems and service delivery.

Requirements

- Previous procurement experience in a government setting.
- Can work independently, provide leadership within a small team setting.
