About the role

You’ll manage a varied residential portfolio, including some of the region’s beautiful premium homes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and lease renewals
- Managing the day-to-day needs of your portfolio
- Keeping clients informed through clear, proactive communication
- Working alongside the team to deliver a high standard of service

About you

Previous property management experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who is organised, communicates well and takes pride in looking after their clients.

You’ll bring a positive attitude, sound knowledge of NSW tenancy requirements and the ability to work independently while being an active part of the team.
