What's Doing
- Supporting the sales team
- Building relationships with customers
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Processing sales orders
- Identifying opportunities to support additional sales
- Coordinating with warehouse and production teams
- Maintaining customer records and CRM/ERP systems
- Following up customers and orders
- General administration and reporting
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need to be a traditional salesperson.
We're interested in people who are:
- Confident talking to customers
- Naturally personable and relationship-focused
- Commercially minded
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following up opportunities
- Motivated to achieve results
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- CRM/ERP experience highly regarded
- Experienced in sales support, customer service or administration
