You will support members through the claims journey, from initial notification through to an indemnity decision outcome, providing skilled, empathetic and responsive service across notifications and claims.
You will act as a dedicated contact, build relationships, and navigate complex processes while ensuring decisions align with policy terms and the Insurance Contracts Act 1984.
