Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an On Call Incident Response professional to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care, delivering trauma-informed, culturally secure practice.

The role is full-time with an 8-hour shift pattern 5pm–7am, Wednesdays to Sundays, providing oversight and rapid response to incidents, while ensuring safety, compliance, and supportive leadership for on‑shift teams.
