WorkPac Skills is seeking an Operations Scheduler to manage end-to-end scheduling across training delivery, site activities and traineeship programs. You will coordinate trainer allocation, travel, accommodation and resources to ensure seamless delivery and audit-ready data across systems.

You will act as the primary link between trainers, employers and internal teams, communicating changes clearly, while working with Compliance to meet RTO standards. Some travel to sites may be required.
