Wellways is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Navigator to support Older Carers in navigating the My Aged Care system across Queensland, Southwestern Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains. This full time role based in Bowral requires travel to community sites and a valid driver’s licence.

You will work with CALD and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander communities to improve access to services. The role includes SCHADS Level 4B, salary packaging up to $15,899, 17.5% leave loading, superannuation, meal and
