Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an On Call Incident Response professional to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. The role involves full time duties with an 8-hour shift pattern from 5pm to 7am, Wednesdays to Sundays, focusing on trauma-informed care and compliance with standards and legislation.

You will respond to incidents, oversee on-shift teams, and cover staffing gaps as needed while promoting safe and culturally respectful environments for those in our care.
