Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to work across Residential Aged Care and Community, joining a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering personalised treatments.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, make clinical recommendations for daily living, mobility, falls prevention, equipment needs, skin integrity, joint management and pain control, and support residents with adaptable, client-centred care.
