Key Responsibilities

- Carryoutservicing,repairsandpreventativemaintenanceonforkliftsandmaterialhandlingequipment
- Diagnosemechanical,hydraulicandelectricalfaultsusingtechnicalknowledgeandsystematicproblem‑solvingmethods
- Completeon‑siteandworkshop‑basedserviceactivitiesefficientlyandprofessionally
- Inspectequipmentconditionandperformanceandrecommendappropriaterepairsolutions
- Testandadjustequipmentfollowingservicingandrepairworktoensurereliableoperation
- Providereliabletechnicalsupportanddeliverprofessionalcustomerservice
- Maintainaccurateservicereports,maintenancerecordsandjobdocumentation
- Workcloselywithservicetechniciansandtechnicalteamstoachievesafety,qualityandoperationaltargets




- Applyworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresduringallservicing,repairandmaintenanceactivities
- Maintaintools,diagnosticequipmentandworkareasinasafeandorganisedcondition
- Developproductknowledgethroughtraining,mentoringandhands‑on-technicalexperience

Requirements & Eligibility

- ProvenexperienceasaForkliftServiceEngineer,FieldServiceTechnicianorsimilartechnicalrole
- Relevanttradequalificationsupportedbypracticalindustryexperience
- Minimumthreeyearsofrelevantexperienceinforklift,materialhandlingorindustrialequipmentservicing,oranequivalentformaltrainingpathway
- Strongfault‑findinganddiagnosticskillsacrossmechanical,hydraulicandelectricalsystems
- Abilitytocarryoutservicing,preventativemaintenanceandequipmentrepairs
- AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish
- Customer‑focusedapproachwithacommitmenttodeliveringprofessionaltechnicalservice
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingpositivelywithinatechnicalteamenvironment
- Strongcommitmenttoworkplacesafety,qualityworkmanshipandprofessionalstandards
