EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Chief Steward to lead the stewarding team and ensure clean, secure kitchen operations across venues.

You will manage rosters, monitor costs, uphold HACCP and health and safety standards, and work closely with Executive Chef and F&B; outlets. If you bring 1–2 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and a hands-on attitude, you’ll thrive in our Daymaker culture.
