About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing search practice in Sydney.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments, working closely with senior consultants and clients to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates.

You will play a key role in supporting search delivery through candidate sourcing, market research, and coordination of recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and search assignments, from briefing through to placement
- Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through market mapping and targeted search strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments
- Prepare professional candidate reports and shortlists for client presentation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate networks
- Support senior recruitment partners on complex and confidential search assignments
- Coordinate interview processes,



candidate communication, and offer management
- Maintain accurate candidate and job records within recruitment systems (e.g. Bullhorn)
- Conduct market research to provide insights on talent availability and industry trends

About You

- Experience in agency recruitment or executive search
- Strong capability in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with an interest in market trends and talent mapping
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and database management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
