- At least three years’ experience in business services and taxation within public practice.
- A relevant university degree in accounting, business or a related discipline.
- Strong technical capability across tax, accounting and business advisory matters.
- A proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Clear, engaging written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Xero, Xero Practice Manager or comparable accounting software will be highly regarded.
