Anglicare Victoria is recruiting for a Navigator Case Manager based in Werribee to support young people and families affected by school disengagement. You will work with schools, communities and services to identify barriers and develop plans to re-engage learners in education.
You will apply trauma-informed approaches, coordinate supports, and advocate for student goals while navigating education policy and partnerships. This fixed-term role runs to 9 April 2027.
