Benzini Precast Concrete is seeking a Leading Hand – Precast Concrete for a full‑time, on‑site role at the Yatala factory in Queensland. You will turn the Project Manager’s programme into protected, well‑organised factory work, leading a small team and working alongside them when needed.
Your responsibilities include organising daily work, reading drawings, supervising concrete placement, completing QA records and keeping the Project Manager informed of progress and material needs.
