IPAR is seeking Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling professionals to join the team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services across workers compensation, CTP and other schemes, helping clients achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, enjoy versatile, autonomous work, and benefit from structured supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.
