ABRS is seeking an experienced Interim Manager, Children & Families Programs to lead two established service streams for an initial 10–12 week engagement in Sydney. The role requires steering multidisciplinary teams, ensuring trauma-informed and family-centred delivery, and driving outcomes against KPIs.

You will oversee a mix of experienced practitioners and a newly formed family-focused team with solid support from management and administration.
