Rba Financial Group, a growing boutique financial planning practice in Victoria, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Officer. You will focus on ensuring advice implementation, client service activities and administration progress efficiently.
Working closely with advisers and support team, you will manage end-to-end client service, coordinate SOAs/ROAs, maintain data in Xplan, and ensure outstanding actions are followed through to completion.
