CHEP is seeking a Maintenance Lead at Kemps Creek Service Centre to keep the site running safely and efficiently, building capability and accountability within the maintenance function. This hands‑on leadership role suits someone who can lead from the front, jump into breakdowns and mentor others.

You will work with the Service Centre Manager to foster a positive maintenance culture, support automation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across safety, reliability and equipment
