Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic and driven Showroom Manager to join our team at our Caboolture showroom .

About the Role

As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strong sales results while providing an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.

You will also work closely with senior management and represent Stoney Creek Campers at major caravan and camping shows throughout Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Achieving showroom sales targets and KPIs
- Selling our range of campers and caravans in the showroom and at trade shows and events
- Managing and following up sales leads and customer enquiries
- Responding to enquiries via phone, online platforms and in person
- Building robust relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Maintaining showroom presentation and vehicle displays to a high standard




- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Assisting with other duties as required by management

About Your Experience

Previous sales experience is essential .

Experience within the RV, caravan, camping or automotive industries will be highly regarded, although applicants with a strong sales background in other industries are encouraged to apply.

- Able to establish rapport with a wide range of customers
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy, organised and responsible
- Computer and smart-device literate
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Available to work all Saturdays and attend trade shows as required
- Willing to travel interstate when required
- Holder of a current Australian Driver Licence
