Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an Employee Connection Specialist to support APAC HR Services. The role, based in Sydney, will handle employee inquiries, HR transactions in Workday, onboarding/offboarding, payroll prep, benefits, and compliance across Australia.

You will identify process improvements to scale a outstanding employee experience aligned with our culture and collaborate with Tier 2 or relevant teams as needed.
