Pb03 Homes Pty Ltd We, PB03 Homes Pty Ltd,are based Tarneit, VICand are growing rapidly in Building & Construction sector. We require a qualified and experienced Carpenter on full time basis to join the business who has the professionalism and flexibility to tailor services to suit each of our client’s needs.

As a member of our team, you will work on a variety of projects, including new construction, renovations, commercial and event construction, contributing your expertise to every stage of the process.

Tasks Include (but not limited to):

- Examine drawings and specifications to identify necessary materials, sizes, and installation methods.
- Arrange and pick timbers and materials and create layouts accordingly.
- Trim materials to required dimensions, assemble, and securely fasten them using suitable techniques.
- Construct frameworks and roof framing, lay sub-flooring and floorboards, and verify the precision of structures.
- Affix fascia panels, cover roofs, and install exterior wall cladding, door, and window frames.




- Put together prepared wood to create structures and fittings ready for setup.
- Carve wood joints to ensure the stability of structures.
- Build concrete formwork when required.
- Rectify existing fittings as necessary.
- Utilize alternative materials like plastic laminates, perspex, and metals for specialized projects.
- Build, set up, install, refurbish, and mend structures and fixtures utilizing wood, plywood, wallboard, and diverse materials.

Candidate must have:

- Relevant qualifications at least Certificate III in Carpentry and/or above.
- A minimum of One year of experience in Carpenter job role.
- Carried out different aspects of carpentry on commercial and residential projects.
- White Card (Preferred).
- Driver License (Preferred).
- Remuneration will align with the skills and experience displayed by the successful candidate.
- This position is a full-time (38 hours per week) salary range $75,000 to $85,000 plus Superannuation.
