Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer focused Village / Site Administrator to join our Site Services team at our remote operations. Reporting to the Village Supervisor, this role is responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative, accommodation, reception, procurement, and village support services that help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the camp setting.

As a Village Administrator,



you will be the central point of contact for village residents, contractors, and site personnel. You will coordinate accommodation administration, maintain records and reporting systems, support housekeeping and catering functions, assist with procurement activities, and help deliver a positive experience for all residents onsite.

This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth.

The Main Responsibilities Of This Role Include

- Coordinate village reception and accommodation administration, including room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage daily evacuation lists and personnel records
- Respond to resident enquiries, complaints, phone calls, and emails
- Conduct village inductions and coordinate required training bookings
- Maintain accurate filing, record-keeping, and reporting systems
- Manage village key control processes and audits
- Support housekeeping operations, inspections, rosters, and cleaning schedules
- Process procurement activities through Pronto, including ordering, receipting, and invoice checking
- Maintain inventory, costing trackers, and contractor movement reports
- Liaise with catering teams regarding functions, crib orders, and daily operations
- Assist across village operational areas, including housekeeping, cleaning, and wet mess operations when required
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and compliance with site procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in site administration,



village administration, hospitality administration, accommodation management, or a similar role
- Solid administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using systems such as Pronto, INX InFlight, INX InControl, or similar operational software will be highly regarded
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing competing priorities
- A flexible, hands‑on approach and willingness to assist across village operations as required
