The Southern Pub pty ltd is set to open in Canberra, offering a high-energy, culture-driven venue. This is a full time leadership role to shape operations before opening and to run the venue day-to-day once doors open.

You’ll build front-of-house systems, hire and develop the team, and work closely with ownership and the kitchen to define the venue’s standards and culture from day one.
