Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert is seeking a Full‑Time Centre Director to lead day‑to‑day operations of the 90‑place centre, delivering high‑quality early childhood education and care while fostering a positive, team-oriented team culture.

You will mentor educators, partner with families, drive improvements, ensure NQF/NQS compliance, and work with Head Office leadership. Applicants must have ACECQA‑approved credentials and valid Australian working rights.
