You will guide, mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive learning programs that support each child's learning, development and wellbeing. As part of the leadership team, you will align practice with EYLF, QKLG and NQS, oversee day-to-day operations when needed, and build robust partnerships with families and the wider community to enhance learning
