Hamilton Island Kindy is seeking an experienced Director of Kindy to lead a small team and stay hands-on on the floor. You will oversee the educational program, compliance, staffing, enrolments, budgeting and continuous improvement, while mentoring staff and building relationships with children and their families.
This role offers a close-knit island community, the chance to shape learning and culture, and ongoing involvement with toddlers to older children in a vibrant Whitsundays setting.
