Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Pharmacist (AHP3) to lead clinical pharmacy practice and deliver advanced dispensing, medicines management and optimisation across inpatient and outpatient services. You will provide trusted therapeutic advice, apply complex clinical judgment and champion protected, cost-conscious medicine use.

As a senior member of the pharmacy team, you’ll coordinate a service area, support medication safety initiatives and mentor interns and students,
