You’ll be joining a well-established, second-generation organisation with over 40 years of experience across the Civil, Mechanical and Environmental disciplines.

Based out of Eraring Power Station, you’ll be working closely with one of Australia’s largest energy providers, supporting projects across a complex and highly operational setting.

This isn’t about stepping into a senior PM role and being expected to know everything from day one.

It’s about taking the experience you’ve built across engineering, construction or project delivery and using it to step up, broaden your project management capability and take ownership of meaningful infrastructure projects.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, technical specialists, contractors and client-side stakeholders,



giving you plenty of opportunity to learn while getting your hands on the delivery side of projects.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Ash Dam Operations Manager and Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in coordinating and delivering ongoing works and projects across a tailings dam environment.

You’ll be involved in:

- Coordinating civil and infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery and completion
- Working closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client-side stakeholders
- Supporting project planning, programmes, budgets, resources and reporting
- Coordinating site activities and making sure projects continue to move forward
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues and changes
- Reviewing designs, methodologies and proposed solutions to ensure they are practical and fit for purpose
- Supporting inspections, technical investigations and project documentation
