Our Client: Our client is a respected Gold Coast law practice with a growing wills and estates team. They are seeking a Wills & Estates Solicitor (3 to 5 years PAE) for a full-time, office-based role.

About the role!
Help clients plan, protect and administer their estates. You will:
- Draft wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents
- Advise on succession planning and tax-effective estate structures
- Run probate applications and administer estates through to final distributionHandle estate disputes and contested wills
- Review and update existing estate planning documents
- Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and financial advisers
- Attend client meetings and court as required
- Keep files and statutory compliance in order
What you'll bring!
- Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate
- 3 to 5 years PAE in wills, estates and probate
- Commercial law experience (highly regarded)
- Precise drafting and attention to detail
- Strong client communication skills
- Confidence running a varied caseload independently
- Sound analytical skills on complex or contested matters
- Practice management systems and Microsoft Office; LEAP is an advantage
- Integrity and a client-first approach
- Flexibility around school hours or a four-day week
- Genuine mentoring and a clear path for long-term career growth
- Broad wills, estates and probate work with direct client contact
