MACA is seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our crew on a 2:1 roster at the Duketon Gold Project in Western Australia. This role anchors production mining operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability in a busy open pit setting.

You’ll bring 4 years of production mining experience, and familiarity with Liebherr 9400/9200 or PC1250 machines. MACA offers full-time and casual rates, superannuation on all hours, parental leave, and a supportive team committed to growth.
