CN - Gladstone Hospital - Adult Community (Case Management)

Gladstone Hospital's Adult Community Mental Health team is looking for a Clinical Nurse to join their case management service in Gladstone, Queensland. This is a contract position classified at NRG 6, starting as soon as possible and running through to 18 October 2026. You'll be working in community-based mental health, supporting adults through coordinated care and case management in a role that makes a real difference to people's lives.

- Community-based case management in adult mental health, working directly with clients and their support networks
- Contract position, NRG 6 classification, adaptable start date to suit your availability
- Based in Gladstone with the opportunity to develop expertise in community mental health nursing

Preferred Requirements

- Solid experience in adult mental health nursing,



with a focus on community-based care
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management principles and coordinated care delivery
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively
- Current knowledge of mental health legislation, policy, and best practice in Queensland

Preferred Qualifications

- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated experience in mental health nursing
- Case management certification or equivalent professional development in community mental health
